My journey began in healthcare as a CNA, where I found joy in caring for the elderly—those who couldn’t care for themselves and too often were forgotten by family. I loved every moment of bringing comfort, compassion, and dignity to their lives.
But my heart found a new calling through personal experience. After witnessing my husband spend countless nights—and even months—on the road trying to make it in the trucking industry, I realized where I was truly needed: Dispatching.
That’s when HerWay Transport Services, LLC was born. Built on the foundation of fairness, hustle, and heart, my mission is simple—to make sure carriers are paid what they deserve. I don’t accept anything less than $2–$3 per mile because drivers should be paid, not played.
This is more than dispatching—it’s a movement for respect, value, and the recognition every driver earns mile by mile.
My Approach

I take the time to understand each driver's needs and preferences, then fight to secure top-paying loads that make sense. My goal is simple: maximize your earnings while minimizing your stress.
